Another Department of Energy Victory
Bill Savarino won another Personnel Security Hearing at the DOE. This involved allegations under Criterion F (10 C.F.R. 710.8(f)) that the applicant deliberately misrepresented his drug use to both another government agency as well as DOE. A 3 hour hearing was required at DOE HQ in Washington, D.C..
