Mr. Cohen has represented numerous government contractors in a variety of litigation and compliance matters. His practice includes bid protests, small business issues, compliance with government contract regulatory requirements, prime and subcontract reviews, Freedom of Information Act issues, organizational conflicts of interest, data rights issues, Buy America/Trade Agreements act issues, GSA schedule compliance, Inspector General and Department of Justice investigations, teaming agreements, nondisclosure agreements, debarment and suspension, data rights and software licensing, government contract issues in mergers and acquisitions, and the litigation of claims and protests before boards of contract appeals, the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Cohen has also represented clients in prime-subcontractor dispute arbitrations.
