Cohen Mohr is pleased to announce that Ms. Amy J. Spencer has joined the firm. Ms. Spencer will assist Cohen Mohr partner Norah D. Molnar with the firm’s policyholder-side insurance coverage practice.

Ms. Spencer has represented policyholders in a wide variety of insurance coverage cases that have involved directors and officers’ liability, professional liability, environmental liability, products liability, first-party property and business interruption, construction defects and cybersecurity.

Josh Schnell and Sam Van Kopp filed an amicus brief on behalf of 13 Members of Congress (7 Senators and 6 Representatives) in support of the plaintiffs in NJ et al. v. OMB et al. (D. Mass).
