Anna Dichter

Of Counsel

Anna Dichter’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and nationwide class actions in federal courts. She represents clients across a wide range of matters, including commercial disputes, government contracting, employment law, business torts, constitutional challenges, administrative and regulatory compliance, and privacy law. Anna manages all phases of litigation — from case assessment and strategy through motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation — and has appeared in more than 20 federal district courts and six appellate circuits across the country.

Before joining Cordatis, Anna spent six years as a Trial Attorney and Senior Litigation Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division, Office of Immigration Litigation, after being selected through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. She served as lead counsel on numerous complex class actions, including several that garnered significant media attention, and advised on litigation risk and strategy at the highest levels of the federal government. Among her notable successes, she led a high-profile nationwide COVID-19 class action that earned a Civil Division Special Commendation Award. She was also recognized with the Division’s 2021 Rookie of the Year Award for exceptional performance and contributions to the Division’s mission. Most recently, she practiced at Fluet & Associates, where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, spanning government contracting disputes, employment matters, business torts, and Administrative Procedure Act challenges.

Anna completed mediation training through the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service during her tenure at the Department of Justice. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a Senior Editor on the Rutgers University Law Review and as a teaching associate for Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research. She holds a B.A. in Spanish from Eckerd College.
