GAO protest challenging the agency’s evaluation of the protester’s quotation as being technically unacceptable for failing to demonstrate its capability to comply with certain accessibility requirements established by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 is denied because the record reflects that the agency’s evaluation was reasonable and in accordance with the terms of the solicitation.

Another successful intervention

A Cordatis team consisting of David Cohen, Pablo Nichols, and John O'Brien successfully defended our client Unison Software against a protest from CGI Federal. In its decision, GAO rejected CGI's arguments related to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's assessment of FedRAMP eligibility and evaluation of the proposals.
