On behalf of Intelligent Decisions, Inc., successfully defended contract award of hardware and logistics support by the United States Marine Corps. The GAO found that the agency’s evaluation conformed to the terms of the solicitation, and in any case, any ambiguity in the price evaluation method announced in the solicitation was patent, and the protester was required to file before the closing time for receipt of proposals.
