Another successful intervention

A Cordatis team consisting of David Cohen, Pablo Nichols, and John O’Brien successfully defended our client Unison Software against a protest from CGI Federal. In its decision, GAO rejected CGI’s arguments related to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s assessment of FedRAMP eligibility and evaluation of the proposals. Click here to read the decision.
