Cordatis successfully defends the IRS’s award of a BPA award to Allicent Technology, LLC

A Cordatis team consisting of Daniel Strouse and John O’Brien successfully defended the award of an IRS BPA to Allicent Technology, LLC. In defending the award, Cordatis rebutted the protestor’s arguments about the IRS’s evaluation and best-value tradeoff.
