 1. Protest of the evaluation of the protester’s key personnel is denied where the record shows that the evaluation was consistent with the terms of the solicitation and the agency reasonably documented the evaluation.

 2. Protest that the agency failed to conduct meaningful discussions is denied where, regardless of the adequacy of discussions regarding one deficiency, the protester was not prejudiced by any possible errors.

 3. Protest of the evaluation of the awardee’s technical proposal is denied where the evaluation was reasonable and consistent with the terms of the solicitation. Download the PDF

Another successful intervention

A Cordatis team consisting of David Cohen, Pablo Nichols, and John O'Brien successfully defended our client Unison Software against a protest from CGI Federal. In its decision, GAO rejected CGI's arguments related to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's assessment of FedRAMP eligibility and evaluation of the proposals.
