Another Clearance Victory

Bill Savarino secured another clearance for an applicant at the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA) in Arlington, Virginia. The applicant is an translator from Kurdistan, Iraq with several families members residing in Iraq. DoD contested the applicant’s eligibility under Guideline B. After a 3 hour hearing in Arlington, the Judge granted the clearance on an expedited basis to permit the Applicant to resume his duties in support of the U.S. Army in Iraq.
