Another DOHA Clearance Victory

Bill Savarino saved another DoD clearance at the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA).  This successful appeal involved allegations of Foreign Influence under Guideline B.  The applicant was born in Pakistan and married to a Pakistani national.  The case required a 3 hour hearing in Arlington, VA.
