DOHA Clearance Victory

Bill Savarino saved another DoD clearance at the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA). This successful appeal involved multiple allegations under Guideline B (Foreign Influence). The applicant had considerable ties to India, including over a million dollars in assets in India as well as immediate family and in-laws. The case required a 4 hour hearing in Arlington, VA.
