Norah Molnar obtained full coverage for a real estate brokerage firm and its agent under an E&O policy for a settlement of claims alleging fraudulent misrepresentation, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, “fraud and deceit” and violations of the California Business and Professions Code, after the carrier had previously taken the position that it would not indemnify liability for substantially all of the settlement.
