John O’Brien recently protected our client’s contract in a post-award GAO protest. In affirming the award, GAO rejected the protestor’s arguments about corporate experience.
Protest win with attorney fees
A Cordatis team consisting of Laurel Hockey, Daniel Strouse, John O’Brien, and Rhina Cardenal won a protest on behalf of our client ATP Gov, LLC. In its decision, GAO agreed with our argument that the awardee was ineligible because it had proposed portable satellite terminals that did not meet the solicitation’s material requirements. Even better, GAO directed NASA to pay our attorney fees.
