When in doubt – intervene!

Two of President Donald J. Trump’s recently issued Executive Orders direct federal agencies to end their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) programs. As a result, agencies that contracted for DEIA services are now terminating those contracts for the government’s convenience. In its decision, GAO agreed with our argument that the awardee was ineligible because it had proposed portable satellite terminals that did not meet the solicitation's material requirements. Even better, GAO directed NASA to pay our attorney fees.
