Another successful intervention

A Cordatis team consisting of David Cohen, Pablo Nichols, and John O'Brien successfully defended our client Unison Software against a protest from CGI Federal. In its decision, GAO rejected CGI's arguments related to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's assessment of FedRAMP eligibility and evaluation of the proposals.

Protest win with attorney fees

A Cordatis team consisting of Laurel Hockey, Daniel Strouse, John O'Brien, and Rhina Cardenal won a protest on behalf of our client ATP Gov, LLC. In its decision, GAO agreed with our argument that the awardee was ineligible because it had proposed portable satellite terminals that did not meet the solicitation's material requirements. Even better, GAO directed NASA to pay our attorney fees.
