Another DOHA Victory

Bill Savarino won another case before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA). This one involved allegations under Guideline E (Personal Conduct) and Guideline D (Sexual Conduct). The applicant was accused of purposefully seeking out and downloading child pornography over a period of years and lying on his SF-86 about that and a teenaged arrest. A four-hour hearing was required in Arlington, VA.
