Cordatis wins GAO bid protest for Deloitte Consulting, LLP

A Cordatis team consisting of David Cohen, John O’Brien, Pablo Nichols, and Jason Moy recently won a post-award GAO protest for Deloitte Consulting.  In its decision, GAO agreed with Cordatis’s argument that the Department of Homeland Security had unreasonably evaluated the awardee’s proposal.
