Another successful protest intervention

A Cordatis team consisting of David Cohen and John O’Brien successfully defended the Department of Veterans Affairs’ decision to award a contract to Deloitte Consulting for enterprise software development services. In its GAO protest, Booz Allen Hamilton—an unsuccessful offeror—argued that VA awarded the contract to Deloitte based on an improper evaluation and flawed best-value determination.
