VSolvit, LLC

Cordatis LLP represented Deloitte Consulting LLP (“Deloitte”).  VSolvit, LLC, filed a post-award bid protest challenging the United States Department of Agriculture’s (“USDA”) decision to award a call order to Deloitte under a blanket purchase agreement for Agile Salesforce Portal Development and Support Services.  The Court rejected VSolvit’s arguments that the technical evaluation was flawed, USDA was required to evaluate subcontractor experience, the solicitation was latently ambiguous, VSolvit was prejudiced by USDA’s actions and that USDA conducted an improper price realism analysis.
