Another DOHA clearance victory

Bill Savarino won another victory at the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA). The case involved several Guideline E allegations concerning alleged terminations for cause from an employer, deceptions on a job application and an SF-86 Application. The 4 hour hearing was held in Arlington, Virginia.
