The case involved an individual who had an extramarital affair and who misrepresented information to a Special Agent investigating the matter. The hearing, which took place in Arlington, VA, involved Guideline E and Guideline D issues.

The case involved several Guideline E allegations concerning alleged terminations for cause from an employer, deceptions on a job application and an SF-86 Application. The 4 hour hearing was held in Arlington, Virginia.
