Bill Savarino and his team were successful in convincing DOHA to withdraw the SOR of an applicant from Vietnam, who had family back in Vietnam and had made numerous trips back to Vietnam. Because the SOR was withdrawn, the applicant was able to obtain a clearance without the need for a hearing.
