Another Successful Clearance Effort

Bill Savarino successfully assisted a Navy officer in obtaining a positive recommendation from the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA) in connection with his attempt to retain his TS/SCI clearance in the face of multiple allegations from DON CAF involving (i) improper sexual behavior; (ii) criminal conduct; (iii) improper personal conduct; and (iv) secuirty violations.
