Cordatis protest win snatches victory from the jaws of defeat

A Cordatis team consisting of Daniel Strouse, Pablo Nichols, Jason Moy, and Rhina Cardenal recently won a post-award protest on behalf of our client ITillity, LLC. In the protest, Cordatis persuaded GAO that the Department of Homeland Security based its award decision on an unfair evaluation that relied on unstated evaluation criteria. As a result of the win, our client remains in the running for the $17 million contract at issue in the protest.
