Molnar Insurance Coverage Success

Norah Molnar successfully obtained insurance coverage for legal fees incurred by a client who was defending Lanham Act and tortious interference claims. After initially denying coverage, the insurance carrier reversed its position and paid the full measure of defense costs under the “advertising injury” coverage grant of the client’s Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance policy.
